Special Exception Permit
NOTICE is hereby given that the Clintwood Town Council and the Clintwood Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing on October 13, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Clintwood Town Hall for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding a Special Use Permit for Glenn Hearl to place a 2009 double wide manufactured home on a vacant lot on Chatham Drive. A copy of the Town of Clintwood Zoning Ordinance and Map is available for public inspection at the Clintwood Town Hall located at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia during regular business hours (8:00 am-4:30 pm).
