Notice is hereby given that the Clintwood Town Council and the Clintwood Planning Commission plan to conduct a joint public hearing on March 10, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Clintwood Town Hall located at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood Virginia for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding an application from Kevin and Rene Hall-Smith for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an Airbnb in the north addition of their home. The home is located at 177 Happy Valley Drive in the residential District.
A copy of the Town of Clintwood Zoning Ordinance and Map is available for public inspection at the Clintwood Town Hall at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood Virginia during regular business hours.
