NOTICE is hereby given that the Clintwood Town Council and the Clintwood Planning Commission will hold a joint Public Hearing at the Clintwood Town Hall on April 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comments in regard to a Special Exception Application from Mary Carol Wright to use a portion of the building located at 5709 Dickenson Highway, Clintwood, VA. as an apartment. The property is currently zoned Business A.

A copy of the full text of the ordinance, as well as all other relevant documents, maps, and plans, are in the office of the Town Clerk at the Clintwood Town Hall located at 248 Main Street in Clintwood, VA where they may be examined by interested parties.
