July 2nd:

• 6 pm - Clintwood Methodist Church will be hosting a salute to all veterans and will be having games and an ice cream social afterward.  Open to the public.

July 4th:

• Clintwood Kiwanis Club Pancake Breakfast 7-11 a.m. 

• Historical Society - 10:30 a.m. to late afternoon -Genealogy, Book Fair, and Military Tribute-VFW Flag Folding Ceremony in front of the Historical Society Building located at 128 FFA Street behind the 911 Office.

• 11 am – The field house at the Ralph Cummins Stadium will be open to anyone that would like to view the pictures and the trophies.

• 1 pm – Mr. and Miss Firecracker Contest -  Line up will be at 1 p.m. in front of the Town Hall

• July 4th Parade - 2 p.m. 

• Free kids' rides at old CHS baseball field 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• Evening entertainment at Ralph Cummins Stadium 7 p.m. Band will be Southern Boyz.

• Fireworks show at dark - 9:30 p.m.
