NOTICE is hereby given that the Clintwood Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing at the Clintwood Town Hall on February 15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of the receiving public comment regarding an application from Gary and Belinda Ratliff concerning a variance request on the age model of a double wide mobile home.

The Town of Clintwood hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on July 11, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clintwood Town Hall, Clintwood, Virginia for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed ordinance amending and adopting Title 46.2 ( Motor Vehicle Code) of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended as the ordinances for the Town of Clintwood. A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk for interested parties to inspect.
