NOTICE is hereby given that the Clintwood Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 28, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at the Clintwood Town Hall for the purpose of receiving public comment in regards to a Special Use Exception Application from Rick Mullins, Mullins Funeral Home, to utilize the brown metal building (facing Walnut Street) at 142 Clintwood Main Street for a crematory. A copy of the Town of Clintwood Zoning Ordinance and Map is available for public inspection at the Clintwood Town Hall at 248 Clintwood Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia during regular business hours.
