Revenue and expenditures comparison

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 15.2-2506 of the Code of Virginia as amended, the Clintwood Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 11, 2019 to consider the proposed municipal budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

All tax levies and other fees, including water, sewer, garbage, licenses, taxes, and other utility fees and assessments previously imposed by the municipality are again levied, assessed, and imposed as set forth previously by the Clintwood Town Council and shall remain in force and effective until changed by the Clintwood Town Council.

Any citizen, taxpayer, or interested person shall have the right to attend and state his or her views, orally or in writing on the budget. A copy of the entire proposed budget is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Clintwood Town Hall located at 248 Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia.
